    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely.

  3. Restocking Fees:

    • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned bikes and all items that are returned but not faulty. This does not apply to clothing.
    • This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item for future sale.

  4. Final Sale Items:

    • Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
    • Final sale items are clearly marked as such on the product page or during the checkout process.

  5. Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
    • Please allow for a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    • We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the return process.
  7. Delivered Bicycles
    • All bicycles shipped from us are inspected before they are boxed. However, due to the nature of packaging the bike into a box, some minor assembly will be required. This assembly is recommended to be conducted by a certified mechanic. If the bike is not checked by a qualified mechanic then your warranty may not be valid.

These special edition Bora Wheels boast a unique pattern not previously shown by Campagnolo. A different look for the classic Bora wheels we all know and love.

Campagnolo introduced the first aerodynamic Disc Brake wheel with a 60mm profile, designed to appeal to a broader customer base. The design of the rim enables maximum aerodynamic penetration, and at certain angles, the wind can actually become a valuable ally to the rider. The wheel features carbon rims with a unidirectional aerodynamic finish, new aerodynamic aluminium hubs, and the ceramic USB cup-and-cone bearing system: every design choice has been made with a view to optimising performance.

The profile of the rim, which has an internal diameter of 19mm, corresponds perfectly with 23mm, 25mm and 28mm tyres. In addition, with the 2-Way Fit version, Campagnolo offers its tried-and-tested technology with full compatibility with clincher and tubeless tyres. While the key purpose of these wheels is to deliver extreme performance, safety is also guaranteed thanks to the G3 spoking system with double spokes on the left of the front wheel, to ensure balanced and safe braking in all conditions.

WHEEL DEVELOPED IN THE WIND TUNNEL: every wheel component, from the rim to the hub and the spokes, is designed to guarantee maximum aerodynamic penetration.

RIM MADE ENTIRELY OF HIGH MODULUS CARBON: the unidirectional carbon rim delivers the rideability and rigidity that Campagnolo is known for.

CUP-AND-CONE BEARING SYSTEM: easy to register balls/bearings - reduced possibility of ball/bearing play - precise cycling operations - steady performance levels.

HUB STRUCTURE IN LIGHTWEIGHT ALUMINIUM THAT IS EXTREMELY STIFF AND AERODYNAMIC: optimised in the wind tunnel and designed for optimal rigidity and weight
