To avoid waste and not simply dispose of the remnants of previous collections, we integrate them in our 2ND CYCLE GOODS – a colourful collection for everyday use. We base the colour scheme and design on the volume of leftover materials, which is what makes our 2ND CYCLE GOODS so distinctive: unique, strictly limited and always ready for the next city adventure.

Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

We estimate this will be ready for despatch to you or collection via Click & Collect on Undetermined

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide you with the best products and service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a returns and refunds policy subject to the following terms and conditions.

Returns Accepted

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and, where applicable, in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required for all returns.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure that your returned item reaches us safely.

Restocking Fees

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned bicycles and to all items that are returned but are not faulty.

This fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging and restocking the item for future sale.

Multiple returns of items, including clothing, will be subject to the 10% restocking fee.

Final Sale Items

Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Final sale items will be clearly marked as such on the relevant product page or during the checkout process.

Order Cancellation – Special Order Bikes

If you place an order for a bicycle that is not held in stock and must be specially ordered from a supplier on your behalf, the following cancellation terms apply:

If you choose to cancel the order before the bicycle has been shipped or delivered, a non-refundable fee of £200 will be retained.

This fee covers supplier ordering costs, administrative processing and associated handling charges incurred by us.

By placing such an order, you agree to these cancellation terms.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.

We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to assist us in assessing the issue and facilitating the return process.

Delivered Bicycles

All bicycles shipped by us are inspected before being packaged.

Due to the nature of transporting bicycles in a box, some minor assembly will be required upon delivery. We recommend that any assembly and safety checks are carried out by a qualified or certified bicycle mechanic.

If a bicycle is not checked and assembled by a qualified mechanic, your warranty may not be valid.

Purchases Made Through Third Parties

Please note that this returns and refunds policy applies only to purchases made directly from our online store.

For products purchased through third-party retailers, finance providers, cycle-to-work schemes or other sales channels, the applicable return policies and procedures for that purchase may apply.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this returns and refunds policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review and understand the terms and conditions outlined here before making a purchase.

If you have any questions or require assistance regarding returns or refunds, please contact our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you.
