    • Proof of purchase, such as an order number and receipt, is required for all returns.

    • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely.

  3. Restocking Fees:

    • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned bikes and all items that are returned but not faulty.
    • This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item for future sale.

  4. Final Sale Items:

    • Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
    • Final sale items are clearly marked as such on the product page or during the checkout process.

  5. Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
    • Please allow for a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    • We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the return process.
  7. Delivered Bicycles
    • All bicycles shipped from us are inspected before they are boxed. However, due to the nature of packaging the bike into a box, some minor assembly will be required. This assembly is recommended to be conducted by a certified mechanic. If the bike is not checked by a qualified mechanic then your warranty may not be valid.
Multiple returns of items including clothing will be subject to the 10% restocking fee

Will this light work with non KOM computer mounts?
Yes! This light comes with hardware ready to be top-mounted on either Garmin or Wahoo computer mounts as well as under-mount compatible with mounts equipped with a male quarter-turn tab.

Is a Computer Mount included?
While the Quick Release Light comes ready with hardware for Garmin and Wahoo compatibility, a computer mount is not included. KOM Cycling compatible computer mounts can be found here.

Why are there two female Garmin top plates included?
To ensure your new light faces the correct direction on your specific mount setup, we have included two Garmin top-pates which differ by 90 degrees.

What is the weight of the light?
This light weighs in at only 74 grams.

Is the light water-resistant?
Yes! This quick release light is constructed with IPX6 water-resistant rating, ensuring the light is safe to use when the weather get's rough!

Can this light charge my Garmin or Wahoo?
Yes, the light has a powerbank function designed to charge your cycling computers. NOTE: Charging not recommended for larger devices included some mobile phones.
