3. Restocking Fees:

   • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned bikes and all items that are returned but not faulty. This does not apply to clothing.
   • This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item for future sale.

4. Final Sale Items:

   • Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
   • Final sale items are clearly marked as such on the product page or during the checkout process.

5. Refunds:

   • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
   • Please allow for a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

   • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product.
   • We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the return process.
7. Delivered Bicycles

• • All bicycles shipped from us are inspected before they are boxed. However, due to the nature of packaging the bike into a box, some minor assembly will be required. This assembly is recommended to be conducted by a certified mechanic. If the bike is not checked by a qualified mechanic then your warranty may not be valid.
