What's In Stock
Is it actually in stock?
This is a question we get a lot! It's probably because some websites can be confusing and even a little misleading when it comes to what businesses actually have in their shop! When you see the big red "In Stock" icon, it means it is on the shelf in one of our stores!
We have 3 local bike shops across Lancashire with no big warehouse. So the parts you see online are the parts we carry in our stores.
Different colours or sizes
If the item does have multiple size options or colours. The instock icon may mean that only one of those sizes or colours are in stock. But once you click through to the procuts. It will show clearly what we have available.
Can I see what you have in store?
Yes you can! Whilst browsing on one of our product pages like Full Suspension Bikes. You will see a small button in the top left corner that says "Available Only"When you click this it will start to filter out all the products that are currently out of stock until you are left with just the items that are available to buy!
On larger pages this may take a few seconds longer.

In Stock at supplier
Now that stock supply has become more stable, we have reconnected our site to our suppliers. This shows you it is in stock and available to order. This will be ordered from supplier so delivery times can vary but we will keep you updated.
Which Store Is It In?

How accurate is your system?
We try to keep our stock system as accurate as possible, but as each store is a busy local bike shop, sometimes errors can occur. But as soon as your order comes in multiple staff members get a notification and try to process the order within the hour (within working hours). But there will be rare occasions where an in-store customer might have the item already. In both these cases, we will be in touch asap to let you know if there is ever a problem.
