What's In Stock

Whether you are looking for a new bike, or just trying to get hold of a cassette? Since the pandemic, cycle stock in all shops and suppliers has become trickier than ever before!

Because of this, we decided to add a new feature to our website to make it easier to see exactly what we have and what you can buy!

This feature is called "Available Only" and it's very very easy to use!

Step 1

Whilst shopping on our site, navigate to the section you are looking at.
Look up in the top left-hand corner and underneath the filter option you will see "available only"




Step 2

Once you tick this box, the website will start removing all the items that aren't currently in stock.
(If you are on a bikes page, this can take a few seconds to filter all the options)
This will leave you with a page full of items that are in store and ready to buy.



What does this in-stock item mean?

This might sound like a strange question but some companies will advertise a product is available if it is in stock at the supplier, this can lead to complications in the order.

Our "In Stock" icon means that the item is on the shelf and ready to buy in one of our stores! We don't keep any stock in a warehouse either, although sometimes it may be in a back room somewhere.

In some cases, the product you are looking at might have different color or size options. In this case in stock means at least 1 size or colour is in one of our stores.
If you click the product, it will tell you what size options are available.



Which Store Is It In?

If you have seen the item showing "In Stock" and you are planning to visit us in one of our stores to purchase, please get in touch to check which store the item is at.

Just because the item shows "In-Store" doesn't necessarily mean it will be in the store nearest to you.

Where can I collect from?

We currently have 3 cycle stores across Lancashire and you can collect an item from any of these stores.

How accurate is your system?

We try to keep our stock system as accurate as possible, but as each store is a busy local bike shop, sometimes errors can occur.
But as soon as your order comes in multiple staff members get a notification and try to process the order within the hour (within working hours). But there will be rare occasions where an in-store customer might have the item already. In both these cases, we will be in touch asap to let you know if there is ever a problem.

Can I pre-order a bike?

Yes & No! Some suppliers still can't confirm availability on certain models. But we have done a huge pre-order with all of our brands so there are a lot of models we know are arriving.
If there is a specific bike you are trying to get, please get in touch with us and we will be honest if we can get it or not. If we can, we will add you to our waiting list for when the bike arrives and contact you as soon as it lands in our store.
