Click & CollectAs our stores keep growing, and we are getting a more diverse range of stock across our branches, sometimes the item you want may be in another store.
We have always been happy to send stock between stores for customers, so it was only natural that our next step would be to introduce click & collect in an effort to keep improving our services.
Step 1Just browse our website for the item you are looking for. Once you find it, make sure it has an "In Stock" badge showing. This means at least one of those items will be in one of our stores.
Step 2If the item you want is in stock, add it to your basket and proceed to check out. When checking out, you will be given a few delivery choices. Choose the store closest to you and complete your order. As soon as the item has been picked, we will send you a confirmation through email.
Step 3All you have to do now is wait.
If the item is already in the store close to you, you should receive an email within 2 hours.
If your item is in another location It can take 1-3 business days to transfer the item between stores. As soon as it arrives, we will send you an email to confirm it is waiting for you at your local store.

Some important informationAs our stock is kept on the shelf and not in a warehouse, there may be some occasions where we cannot fulfill the order. If this is the case, we will inform you straight away and let you know if it can be ordered or if there is an alternative.
Refunds for click & collect cannot be paid at the checkout. We are happy to start the process in-store as a member of our web team will probably be in the building. But the payment method has to be returned in its original form. Depending on your bank, this can take from 1-7 working days. If your refund goes past this, please get in touch with email@example.com
Whilst it will be a very rare occasion, there may be some exclusions to this service. In this case, our website should indicate this and not have the click & collect option available. If for any reason a sale does go through on an excluded product. We will be in touch via email as soon as possible.
