What is a Christmas Club?

A Christmas club allows you to reserve a bike early in the year, Then pay it off as and when you like, all the way up to Christmas!
There is no charge for this service, and there is no interest. Simply reserve a bike at one of our stores, then once it's fully paid off, you can arrange to collect the bike.

Can I take advantage of this service online?

Yes!
If you get in touch through CustomerCare@onyerbike.com and let us know which bike you would like to reserve, we can organise this for you.

How do I do it?

To secure the bike you want, there is a 10% deposit on all bikes over £500. And a £50 deposit on all bikes under £500.

You will then need to provide us with a date you wish to collect (collections available up to 2 days before Christmas Eve)

Your bike will be fully built and checked by our qualified mechanic ready for you to have a Merry Christmas.
Deposits are non-refundable for this service.

Can I use finance on the Christmas Club?

Yes you can!
The same deposit is required, but once that is paid, we can set you up with the appropriate finance plan so you can spread the cost as long as you require.

What is the latest I can collect before Christmas?

We ask that you collect your bike 2 days before Christmas Eve!

For Online customers we will need to dispatch your bike 1 week before Christmas eve at the latest to make sure you receive the bike and check it arrived safely.

How long can I wait for?

We can take reservations as early as July! This gives you up to 6 months make payments on the bike.
In that time we store the bikes as safely as possible! Boxed bikes will stay that way until we are informed of a collection date.

Is it just for bikes?

You can use the Christmas club for anything really.
If you have already chosen a bike, you can add as many accessories as you want to the order and pay them off in the same way.
If your little rider already has a bike? You might want to set up a transaction just for parts and clothing?

Why do I need to use the Christmas club?

We find the main reason for using the Christmas club is reserving the bike!
The most popular bikes tend to run out fast! So reserving your bike early can take the stress out of hunting down the model you want.
it is also a great way of spreading the cost over the year.
